Monthly Marketing Strategy
Set the monthly marketing strategy — priority channels, messaging angles, content types, and KPIs to pursue. Present to the founder at the start of each month. You pitch — you don't wait to be briefed.
Content Creation & Publishing
Create 3–5 pieces of content per week for Tara Tech and EcoSuite® Instagram — carousels, reels, stories. Design in Canva, write captions, schedule via Meta Business Suite. From concept to publish without a brief per piece.
Market & Competitor Intelligence
Monitor competitors (Moka, iSeller, Pawoon) weekly. Interview 2–3 F&B operators per month to surface real pain points. Produce a monthly market pulse report — directly usable for product and sales decisions.
Lead Generation & Outreach
Design and run outreach to multi-outlet F&B operators via WhatsApp and Instagram DM. Build a prospect pipeline, manage follow-ups, and hand off to the founder for closing. You decide the approach.
Community & Engagement
Monitor and reply to comments & DMs on Tara Tech and EcoSuite® accounts within 24 hours. Escalate leads and technical questions to the founder. Keep brand voice consistent in every interaction.
Campaign Ideation & Testing
Propose and run marketing experiments — new content formats, untested messaging angles, collaborations, or new channels. Document results. Iterate based on data, not gut feeling.
Reporting & Iteration
Weekly micro-report (Friday, 10 minutes). Monthly deep-dive — content performance, market insights, competitor activity, and strategy change recommendations. All data-driven, not opinion-based.

Who We're Looking For
✓ 2–5 years marketing — strategy & hands-on execution
✓ On-brand Instagram content without a brief per piece
✓ Can translate market insights into concrete campaigns
✓ Comfortable with data & has creative judgment
Nice to Have
+ Experience in F&B, hospitality, or B2B SaaS
+ Has run Instagram Ads or campaigns from strategy to report
+ Can produce Reels / short-form video content
+ Familiar with LinkedIn B2B marketing
+ Has worked at a startup or early-stage company
